Leader’s Participation in West Palm Beach Carnival:
We are asking the bandleaders for their assistance in making this a successful event.
Please find below a list of items that we request in anticipation of our carnival on
June 19th, 2010:
• As many bands that would like to participate
• Individual Masqueraders (King & Queen)
• Band Masqueraders
• Judges for the Competition
We are offering an appearance fee of $350.00 to those bands that participate. Bands will be reimbursed for the cost of trucks and generators if they meet the following:
• Bands with 25 - 50 persons will receive $350.00
• Bands with 51 - 75 persons will receive $500.00
• Bands with more than 75 persons will receive $600.00
